Itinerary

Arrival day: Arrival to Mashhad Int. Airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 1: Mashhad city tour

Visiting the Shrine of the 8th Shieh’s leader, Imam Reza; the greatest shrine in Iran and flight to Shiraz at the afternoon. Arrival to Shiraz and accommodation.

Day 2: Shiraz city tour

Discovering Shiraz with visiting the most famous monuments from Qajar and Zand Dynasties. Full day city tour to visit: Nasir-ol-Molk mosque; the famous Pink mosque with its beautiful and colorful crystals, Narenjestan Garden, Vakil Complex (Mosque, Hamam and Bazaar), Eram garden.

Day 3: Persepolis, Necropolis – Shiraz

Drive to Marvdasht, visiting Persepolis, the impressive ruins of Persian Empire founded in 518 BC by Darius I and Necropolis; the Persian empire kings’ tombs. Drive back to Shiraz and visiting Tomb of Hafiz, the great poem of 14th century. The Shrine of Ali-ibne Hamzeh and the Qor’an Gate.

Day 4: Shiraz – Pasargadae – Abarkouh – Yazd

Drive to Yazd (about 450km). Visiting Pasargadae; the first capital of Persian empire about 2500 years-old which is famous for the Cyrus the Great’s Tomb. Continue to Yazd and have stop on the way to visit 4000-year-old cypress tree. Accommodation in Yazd.

Day 5: Yazd city tour

Yazd city tour consist of: silence towers; the Zoroastrian Fire Temple with the 1500-year-old fire. Henna production workshops, Amir Chakhmagh Square, Jameh Mosque and adobe constructions in the old city of Yazd; the famous Fahadan Quarter (UNESCO world Heritage since 2017) accommodation in Yazd.

Day 6: Kharanaq – Chack Chack – Meybod

Drive to the village of Kharanaq, here we visit a 4000-year mudbrick abandoned Citadel. Then head to Chack Chack to visit one of the most important Zoroastrian temples in the world. Coming back to Yazd, visiting Narin Citadel of Meybod as well as the Abbasi Caravanserai (17th century). Back to Yazd and accommodation.

Day 7: Yazd – Varzaneh – Isfahan

Drive to Varzane to visit the Sand Dunes of Varzaneh. This small city at the eastern side of Isfahan is one of the ancient cities of Iran with its unique culture. Visiting a caravanserai, the camel mill, Varzaneh Bridge, water reservoirs, and the famous pigeon houses and continue to Isfahan.

Day 8: Isfahan city tour

Isfahan was well known as the Half of the World in its flourished days in 16th and 17th Century. Visiting the second largest square in the world: Naghsh-e Jahan Square with its belonging unique monuments: Jameh Abbasi Mosque, Ali Qapou Palace, Sheikh Lutfallah Mosque, the Persian garden of Chehelsotoon Palace and the Bazaar.

Day 9: Isfahan city tour

Continuing the visits in Isfahan by visiting Jameh Atiq Mosque, the shaking minarets, Hasht Behesht Palace, Vank Cathedral (the Arminian church) and the Music Museum. For the afternoon visiting historical bridges in Isfahan; Si-o-se Pol and Khajou.

Day 10: Kashan

Drive to Abyaneh; beautiful village surrounded by mountains with a nice climate at the middle of the desert. Arrival to Kashan and visiting the historical house of Tabatabaei, Hammam of Sultan for having a panoramic view of the historical quarter of Kashan. Continuing our visits with Agha bozorg Mosque and Bazar of Kashan. Accommodation in Kashan.

Day 11: kashan – Qom – Tehran

Visiting Fin garden in Kashan and drive to Qom and visiting the shrine of Fatima Masumah. Continue to Tehran and accommodation in the hotel.

Day 12: Tehran city tour

Tehran is capital of Iran and is the greatest city of Iran with over than 10 milions population. There is a huge difference between northern part of Tehran, today we will visit the northern part wich is considered as the modern part as well. Visiting of Niavaran Palace, Sad Abad Palace and Tajrish Bazaar. For the afternoon visiting the world’s sixth highest telecommunication tower; Milad tower.

Day 13: Tehran city tour

Discovering the southern part of the city, the old part by visiting National Museum, Golestan Palace and the great Bazar of Tehran, the Jewelry Museum (depends on the date of visiting; It’s open Saturday to Wednesday 14:30-16:30) or carpet museum.

Day 14: transfer to the airport and departure flight.
